The CAASIs are open to all organizations and individuals involved in designing, building, and managing creative work for business-to-business (B2B) companies and organizations.
The CAASIs were dreamt up to celebrate fresh thinking, innovative approaches, and creative genius in B2B Marketing. We noticed that awards programs did not cater to the constraints and unique challenges of B2B marketing, often pitting nascent brands against behemoths with seemingly unlimited resources. It’s time for B2B Marketers to step into the spotlight.
Notable dates
To be eligible to enter, the work must have been live and accessible to its intended audience for some period between January 2022 and October.
The number of entries you may submit, and the number of categories you may enter are unlimited.

Permission
Content submitted by a B2B company or on behalf of an agency client will be assumed to have the permission of the brand(s) featured in the work submitted. It is your responsibility to secure the necessary authorization. CAASI organizers will not be responsible for any repercussions arising from failure to secure permission to showcase winning entries.
Case Studies/Testimonials
Content featuring a third party – a customer, partner, etc.- must have the express approval of the featured third party before it can be submitted.
Unacceptable Material
Entries that contain pornographic material, are political or religious in nature, propagate “hate” messages, make defamatory statements, or are deemed offensive are not eligible to win a CAASI.
Mock-ups
Entries must have been used as part of a live campaign to be eligible. Prototypes/mockup work will not be considered.
Branded Case Study Sites
Case study sites should appear anonymous. Entries submitted on an agency-branded case study site are not eligible to win a CAASI.
Disqualification
Ineligible entries may be disqualified at any phase of the competition without notification.
Acknowledgment of Entries
Entrants will receive an email acknowledgment and reciept when an entry or group of entries has been received and entry fee has been paid.
Terms and Conditions of Entry/Usage
The CAASI Awards assume all entries are original and the entrant either owns the work or, in the case of agency submissions, has permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. In the event that an entrant without such rights submits an entry, the entrant will not be eligible for the competition. The CAASIs organizers are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.
Entries must be live and available on the Internet from the date of entry through the end of .., publicly accessible via standard Web browsers.
Submission of any entry in all categories acknowledges the right of The CAASI organizers to use it for exhibition, promotion, and publication purposes in any medium.
If an entry receives an award, the manner and details of announcing that nomination and award are strictly within the discretion of The CAASIs. The entrant understands that all awards may not be given or publicized in the same manner.
Early pricing is $79 per entry until August 31.
The cost per entry will be $119 from September 1-30. Last minute entries can be submitted between October 1-15 for $209 per entry. Entries arriving after October 15th will be automatically disqualified.
Fees
Payment may be made by credit card in US Dollars.
Entry fees are not refundable.
Foreign Language Entries
We encourage entries from all over the world. If your work has an English version, we encourage you to enter that. All foreign language materials will be translated using Google Translate. You should assume all judges are primarily English-speaking.
If you are entering non-English work, we encourage you to translate or explain your work in English in your entry form. For video, please dub or subtitle video content into English

CAASI Nominees and Winners are selected by the Judging Panel from the best work entered.
The Judging Panel are luminaries in B2B Marketing and/or have demonstrated extraordinary talent in a traditional medium. Judges are barred from judging any entry with which they have a personal or professional affiliation or any other conflict of interest.
The CAASIs do not influence the judges in any way. We select a diverse panel of judges who are objective, respected, and knowledgeable in their categories.
The Judging Criteria for all four category types
The categories and the qualities the Judges will evaluate are:
Video: Concept and writing, Quality of Craft, Integration, Execution, Immersion, Brand Integration, Reach, Overall Experience, return on investment.
Brand: Brand identity, voice, in the case of a refresh, how distinct and memorable the brand is. Creative,
Design: Content, Structure and Navigation, Visual Design, Functionality, Interactivity, Innovation, Overall Experience, Business Value.
Programs & Content: Good content should be appropriate, relevant, and engaging. It should have a voice and point of view, business value
Trophies
CAASI Winners will receive a beautiful CAASI Trophy, the symbol of B2B excellence, and may purchase duplicate statuettes for clients, colleagues, or other team members involved in the entry. Information on how to purchase additional trophies will be shared with winners.
How can I be sure you have received my entry?
You will see a confirmation page noting your entry number and will also receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your entry. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please email hello@caasiawards.greenjazz.com.

Can I change my entry?
No. We encourage you to review your application carefully before submitting. Once you have submitted an award it is considered final.
Do you have to be based in the United States to participate?
No. We encourage you to apply wherever you are in the world.
Does the entry need to be in English?
Ideally, yes. English is the languages that all judges are guaranteed to speak. All foreign language websites that are reviewed by an English-speaking judge will be translated using Google Translate. If you are entering non-English work, we encourage you to translate or explain your work in English in your submission.
At what point will my credit card be charged during the site submission process?
Your credit card will be charged at the end of the entry process. As we are verifying your credit card information, this process may take a minute. Please wait. Clicking the button more than once may result in double billing. If you click the “process my entry” button multiple times and are double billed as a result, email a copy of your confirmation receipt to hello@caasiawards.greenjazz.com
Can I withdraw my entry? Will I get a refund?
You may withdraw your entry by forwarding a copy of your confirmation to hello@caasiawards.greenjazz.com Unfortunately, entry fees are non-refundable.
Categories
Which category should I enter?
The CAASIs have four entry types to choose from: Video, Brand, Creative, Programs & Content. Participants can choose an entry category that best fits their work. It is up to the entrant to choose which is most appropriate for that particular entry. An entry can be entered to multiple categories as appropriate. If work is entered in multiple categories, it is eligible to win multiple times. The Judging Panel reserves the right to move entries to other categories if it is clearly appropriate to do so.
Can I enter more than one category?
Yes, you can enter your work into as many categories as you deem appropriate, and it will be evaluated separately for each instance and category it is entered.

Winning An Award
How many entrants win CAASIs?
For each category, the Judges will select one winner and award up to three honorable mentions.
What do I get if I win a CAASI or if my entry is chosen as an Honorable Mention?
Winners with a standout trophy (additional can be purchased) and a badge for the winners’ Websites or publications. CAASI Honorable Mentions will receive a badge for their Websites. All Winners and Honorees will be included on the CAASI Winners page of the CAASI site.
Can I buy additional CAASI trophies for members of my team, clients and others if I win?
Yes. Additional awards can be purchased. Please contact hello@caasiawards.greenjazz.com for more information.
Delivery/Shipping Policy: Each trophy is custom produced and personalized. Typically, statuettes will be shipped to you approximately eight weeks from the date that we receive your order and personalization info. Once your order ships, you will receive email confirmation with tracking details for your order.
Do you hold an event that we have to attend to receive our award?
This is our inaugural year, so the CAASIs will be held virtually. We want it to be as easy as possible for you to be able to bask in your glory!
